We try to be as flexible and welcoming as possible which is why we offer opportunities for reduced days at our camps. We understand that whilst we recommend attending all 5 days, this is not always possible. Just let us know in the booking process which day you are unable to attend and it will be noted down on the booking. Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please give us at least 24 hours notice prior to the camp starting to receive a full refund. Anything later 50% of the fee will be refunded. If we need to call a day off due to severe weather conditions or other extreme circumstances then we will do our best to make the hours up another time. If we are unable to do so then part of the camp will be refunded depending on how many hours we fall short of the expected 20.
