Spalding has been the marquee club for next level coaching in its achievement's so far with 9 promotions, 3 county championship trophies, national cup semi final and Lincolnshire Sports club of the year award all under next level coaching's tutorship over the past 9 years. Helping the ladies 1's out for a county championships on one occasion during this time they also managed to win.

Head NLC coach Stuart is the coach for the men's 1st, 2nd and 3rd teams at Spalding whilst also playing for the 1s. So far in 9 complete seasons the 1st team have won 4 promotions achieving the highest league of the club's history on two separate occasions.
