
Individual Exercises
These are a group of exercises that you can do on your own with a majority of them you can do at your own home in your own time. We try to design activities which are fun and work on the fundamentals of the game.
Skills Circuit
This is a great first exercise to include as you can take ownership of what you want to do. Grab anything you want to use, throw it down, and turn it into an obstacle course. You can do this indoors or outdoors and make it as long or as short as you want.
Getting as much stick on ball time as possible is so important to progression so why not make it fun and turn it into a challenge? Set yourself a time to try and beat or compete against a family member. I did a couple of my own below but you can make them as complicated or as simple as you like just have fun with it. Push yourself, make mistakes, and do it for as little or as long as you want, but enjoy it.
