
Team / Large Group Games
These exercises are for larger numbers that focus on more game scenarios and have a larger number of players engaged. Focus on intensity of the game and working together. Lots of team play and not individual moments.
CONE!!
This is one which you may have seen before and has been used in a variety of sports coaching. It hits everything we are trying to get out of a warm up and can easily be adapted.

Players are lined up in a ladder format with a player each side of a line of cones. The coach will ask them to touch body parts on themselves or do a little task before eventually shouting CONE! Then the players will reach for the cone trying to grasp it first. The winners move up and the losers move down.
